General

Brewx.coffee is a registered business based in Ajman, UAE, providing premium coffee equipment and accessories across the UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia (KSA).

By placing an order through Brewx.coffee, the Customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement. Customers under 18 years of age are not permitted to register or transact on the website.

Brewx.coffee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are posted on the website.

Acceptance of Orders

Orders can be placed online for delivery within the UAE, Oman, and KSA.
Orders are subject to product availability and validation of payment details.
Once an order is accepted, the Customer will receive an email confirmation. This email constitutes a legally binding agreement.
Brewx.coffee reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or security concerns.

Product Availability

If a product is temporarily unavailable, the order will be held until the product is back in stock.
If a product becomes permanently unavailable, Brewx.coffee will either offer a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.

Pricing

Prices are listed in the local currency for each country (AED for UAE, OMR for Oman, SAR for KSA).
Brewx.coffee reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in their country.

Delivery

UAE: Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days, with some cases taking 5–7 days.
Oman & KSA: Delivery may take 5–10 business days depending on location and customs clearance.
Brewx.coffee is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or external factors.
Delivery details (name, address, contact number) will be stored for shipping purposes only.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash on Delivery (UAE only).
Online payments are processed through secure gateways using encryption technology.
Multiple transactions may appear on your card statement if orders are split.

Warranty & Returns

Equipment comes with a manufacturer warranty, typically 1 year (parts & labor), unless stated otherwise.
Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery if damaged, defective, or not as described.
Returns must be in original packaging and unused.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method after inspection.

Privacy & Data

Personal information is used only for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Brewx.coffee does not sell or share personal information except with delivery or payment partners as needed.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from online transactions shall be resolved under UAE law.
