Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

In some cases, depending on product availability or delivery location, shipping may take 5–7 business days.

Return Guidelines
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return the item under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.

Items must present ‘as new’ in appearance, unused, and free from signs of wear, damage, or use.

Items must be packaged in their original, undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags included.

The item’s original packaging must not be marked or used as the outer shipping box. Please use proper protective packaging when returning.

A copy of the order receipt/invoice must be included with the return.

All returns must be pre-authorized before sending items back.
Note: The return and refund policy is applicable only within the UAE. For international orders, returns are not accepted unless the product is incorrect, damaged, or faulty.
Incorrect / Faulty / Damaged Items
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof (photos).

Once confirmed, we will process the replacement or refund within 3 business days of approval.
Refund Guidelines

Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refund methods:

If paid by cash on delivery, refunds will be made in cash.

If paid by credit/debit card, refunds can be issued as store credit or back to your card.
Cancellations:
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped and paid by card, the refund will be processed back to your card within 30 days.
